What is a good example of a dry table wine? I'm on a diet low in carbohydrates, but in the past, I sometimes enjoy a glass of wine with dinner in a restaurant. I read that dry table wines seem to be the lowest in carbohydrates. What are the examples of table wine "dry" that I could order in a casual restaurant? Please give me types of wine and not brands. I'm looking for something that I could order anywhere I go. (Please keep answers simple ... I'm not a nut wine!)
Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc are two white wines. Sangiovese is a dry red wine.
Portsmouth, and I think it's disgusting
Regarding the wine is concerned: carbohydrates are carbs.I me on a strict low-carb way.
Types of wines to avoid would be "sweet" wines. Riesling, blushers, Beaujolais & zin RAS GRIA San etc.Chardonnay is borderline. Its unfermented sugar in the wine that has the CAL!, Much worse for the waistline than carbohydrates. Regarding the "dry" Find red dry Sherry (extra dry), etc. As for your port yourself, lol. (In fact, a dry red tawny port would be good too!)
Good luck!
Bolla Soave
dry white wine, very common.
