What white wine will stand up to a Cabernet Sauvignon? I am a wine tasting at a friend and, for reasons that I do not need a white that will stand up to his cab.
You do not know what you mean by "resist"? Are you pair it with food or wine tasting? You're comparing apples and bananas if you ask me .... A red bodied always dominate a white, so they put the red after tasting the white.
A high-end (like $ 30/bottle) German Riesling Spa¤tlese (late harvest) is smooth and slightly sweet. You'll love it.
I guess the car is beautiful and you are looking for a white. If as good as I am wrong, ignore this response! What I like about whites who are more full-bodied are Sancere viewer or Sauvignon blanc.Get you browse and search the ratings.I personally do not always agree with their oppinions but you can learn much from things about the wines general.I believe in a watch is one of the finest whites.
Rombauer Chardonnay .... It is a rich butter, oaky Chardonnay.
A Chardonnay from premium may be as big as a cabin VAS.
Try a Chardonnay Estate Voyager (Australia Margaret River.)
It is a very fine wine - with hints of fig, walnut, watermelon, red grapefruit and butter.
I am a big fan of the White Savingon (spelling?). It was generally interesting as a grapefruit and the bite is fresh and generally not too sweet.
Chalk Hill Chardonnay, Sonoma County
Gloria Ferrar Chardonnay, California (near Napa somewhere)
Chateau Montelena Chardonnay
Kunde Sauvignon Blanc
The Chard won the tasting in Paris in France in the 70s and won again in Napa Recreation Department of the tasting.
