Wine Refrig

Posted on July 28, 2011.
Wine RefrigIs white wine opened safely for cooking if its still in the fridge for two weeks or more?

What do you think?

It is for the kitchen. I keep the white wine is opened in the fridge for weeks and cook it with no problem.

Yes, it is allowed, it just will not quite the same flavor.

I would say yes, his alcohol! And when you use it normally gets to coo at high temperatures while leaving the flavor

without danger to health can not be so good for the tastebuds

The wine will absorb the flavors of the refrigerator for the food that you may have these flavors as well.

It should be ok. Firstly the smell. If it smells like vinegar, it is wrong. I used the wine was aged for several weeks in the kitchen and I'm still alive!
