Turkey Rack

Posted on May 29, 2010.
Turkey RackCan I cook a turkey without a v-rack or a grill pan?

I live in China and those sorts of things are hard to find creative suggestions? Also, I could not find the size lasagna pans disposable turkey in place (too big), so that I cut a piece out of two different and leaves to make a roasting pan over. Not only am I afraid that this would not be strong enough, but it can also leak. Any ideas on this?

Thank you for your suggestions.

My wife says
"Put the turkey on a bed of vegetables, like onions and carrots and celery unchopped and then you do not have to worry about the rack.

The Whole thing is a problem. Maybe use a Pan-third less than the junction of two others. Most pots will all be joined so hard to get out.

I only use a roaster without rack. You can also use the disposable tray, and put it in a cooking bag. In fact, around Christmas and the holidays, most stores will have big enough for a turkey. I'd rather invest in something that can be used again and again as a roasting pan with a lid.

Unless it's a book 30 + Turkey, it should come in the lasagna pan. But first look for roasters disposable, or buy one.

No idea on the shelves, but to keep Turkey out of the grease (the reason for the V-Rack), make little balls of paper - about 1 inch in diameter. Sit the turkey on them. Fat balls sink into the pan and keep Turkey out of him. You can use it with any cooking pot that is large enough for the bird.

I would do that if I had a bag to put the turkey roasting pan in. You do not need a grill to cook a turkey. If you rebuild the pan, make sure the line with foil. Good luck!

I think the cup half and put together is a good idea, if you put it on a flat plate. It should work.

Yes, you can
