Top Down ShadesCan you change the colors to open up and down vs up?

Hunter Douglas shades I type on my cell windows that open from bottom to top. Is it possible to modify them to open up and down? If I simply pass them, they will fall because there is no mechanism for keeping adhered to the wall.

gravity does not work that way
