How should you use a sun lamp for a circadian rhythm disturbance? I DSP. I recently purchased a solar lamp. When should I use? I'm currently 12-1 and sleep aim to get enough sleep to wake up for 6:30.
Turn right when you want to get up, 6:30. The sunlight, or fire, trigger your brain to wake up, basically setting your circadian clock on when to be vigilant and tired when bedtime comes.
