More icebergs scouring Antarctic seabed study

CHICAGO (AFP) - Sea ice shrinkage increased significantly the rate at which icebergs from the Antarctic sea-floor erosion, a study released Thursday has found.

Chunks have always broken. However, if you read the actual scientific reports, the deep ice levels have increased in recent years, checked with lasers and other data. Perhaps more weight is the cause of this phenomenon.
