Garage Sale Help!? I am a garage sale this weekend and I have tons and tons of clothes. Does anyone have any ideas on how to display these? I do not want the Crusaders, no body takes time to look through them and it is simply a mess. I have no trees to tie a line of clothing, I do have a high fence to hang them. I could get those clothes defines portable media from the store, but I would very much and that expensive .... ideas????
If you have a ladder perhaps you can hang from a ladder. Or simply a string of washline between the two sides of the door frame garage. You will need a washpole the middle to support it so it does not hang all the clothes.
Hope your garage sale went well! Flag
portable clothes rack
Try a portable clothing rack ... we have 2 for our sales department ... and are very useful (even for laundry!) but some local thrift store may have one or two for cheap.
You should not put all your clothes immediately .. clothing that reduces the grid, and put more .. it keeps people looking ... and therefore spend more time to look to see what you have.
(2) 6 feet apart ladders. A rope tied from one to another. Or a ladder and attach the rope to something solid. OR
If you have a garage .... with the door open, tie a rope from one side to another.
Wow, the only thing I have to offer is to put just held together - literally held a substantive and above and even belt, tie, whatever acessort --- well on a blanket and make a fair prices for the whole outfit. Take it or leave it. Because really, you just want to do as much as possible for as little effort and waste of time cleaning /.
With the rest - separate them as a child, boy / girl and size varies as 0-6 6mos 12mos-18-2T. For adults - I group by size and sex, if possible, on the cover on the ground. Or a seasonal winter, summer .....
