Office Lamps4100 or 5200K lamps in common areas for the construction of commercial offices?

I'm looking to upgrade my lights incandent and 4 / 2 fluorescence apparatus. I can get it from 4100 K daylight or 5100K which is supposed to be the new look popular. I have heard roomers 5100K headache causes and should not be placed in leased space.

It's more of a problem with the old magnetic ballasts. They tend to flicker and pulse and does affect some people with certain diseases. The new electronic ballasts provide a smooth and stable with no issues. I have not heard of a problem with the count. That K is mainly the appearance of brightness of the bulb. If it is a common color tone is the user. If this is an area of more sterile, the number of K, the most sterile, it will look. To warm the area of lower operating a K. The other important factor is the CRI of the bulb. The higher the CRI the better the color rendering and appearance of the furniture.
