Marble Wine Cooler

Just curious if anyone else has been so lucky!?

We arrived at our hotel at 12:30 am and there were no rooms left, but we booked a room four months ago. It offered an upgrade on a private floor, at no additional cost. I thought we got a room with an extra room sitting on the side, but it proved to be a scenic, four bedroom Penthouse Suite! We had a dining table for eight, a bar with refrigerator and wine cooler, a large bathroom with double sink and toilet on the side, and granite and glass shower, the bathroom floor marble, 2 toilets, huge soaker tub, king size bed and two cupboards with large television, stereo with iPod adapter, and 2 sofa! We felt soooo lucky and only paid $ 89/night! Wow

Happened to me twice. Once I had a room reserved for a romantic rendezvous at the Gare du Palais and they ruined my thing. They then gave us the penthouse suite at the top. Wow, that was incredible.

The second time was (in fact the first and the other was the second time), we had not moved to Las Vegas yet. We were there in the city within reach of households to move. We had a reservaton Sahara, because we had our children with us and in these days of Wet 'n Wild was next to the Sahara. When we arrived at our room, all four of us entered this time and there in the bed was a naked man smoking a joint !!!!! Ouch I covered the eyes of the children (they were like saucers and mouths agape were in fascination) and we took the kids and went down to reception and told them the situation. "There's a naked man smoking in the common room" and voila! Penthouse Suite overlooking Wet 'n Wild.

For most, they'll upgrade if they screw it up somehow, either with the floor (reservation is twice as the naked man) or a toilet is not working or something wrong with the room or reserve has been squandered.

You get what you have because you had a reservation and the casino had a nice Penhouse open and no other room and they are very nice to customers. Be glad you have chosen a quality place to stay because other places have just moved to another hotel

Years ago before we offer here in Las Vegas that we happenedto also very beautiful, as in California, but oftentimes, they more reserved, and then had a cancellation, it does not happen often but it happens ..

We had one of those high roller suites at the Rio once and that was the same scenario as you. Our flight was at midnight and it was about 1:00 when we arrived at the Rio Hotel and even the room they gave us, we had to wait about an hour so they also gave us a Food credit of $ 50.

The suite has a living room with a table full size dining room. A bathroom by the front door. A room with a sofa-size bed and a bathroom suite that had a shower, a closet pot, a wardrobe, a double vanity and whirlpool by the window overlooking part of the band. We got this for the price of a regular room.
