Making Eyelet Curtains

I'm looking to buy a tape or ribbon to make solar Grommet eyelet curtains and rings of Jupiter at the end of the watch. I searched online, but most retailers are in the UK and they do not ship internationally. I went to a Hancock fabric store, but they are not much help, they do not even strip Grommet stock. I'll try next Joanne. Did he who knows a good place to buy all this stuff? What would you say to a retailer of a wide selection of fabrics for curtains? Thank you in advance.
