Why is a light therapy lamp (theres a link) to make me dizzy? My mother just had a light therapy (winter blues) of the lamp and she refuses to turn it off, she says she feels better but I mkes so dizzy and light passes through it. Why should you get sick? It makes my head feel heavy and opaque and I do if I get dizzy and somthing similar to flashes. Why hot is it so? Heres the link http://www.lighttherapy.com/britelite.html
Wearing sunglasses at times might help. But if you get away from the power decreases as the square of the distance. If you place a screen or a box in the line of sight, you should have no adverse effects. It is possible that the bulb is to lose the UV rays and you are sensitive to them. Light a red light in your area. The light should not be at the top of the TV is harmful. You can watch the sunlight each day to restore your eyes.
It's probably something radiant light that disagrees with you return. None of that crap works.
