I am a student who really needs Decoration swatch / fabric sample to be used on display boards and I find it very difficult to find a store that offers this? nobody knows of a place that offers smaller portions of fabric for sale?

Can not guarantee that it works in Toronto. I worked in two furniture stores in Virginia. Each store received a visit from time to time by representatives of furniture serving traditional fabrics of the grid of the sample, including leather. The stores did not know what to do with the sample bags obsolete. Sometimes people wanted to craft. I often become friends for making pillows and handbags.

Visit the manager of a furniture store in Toronto and some better to ask to be called when the samples are drawn and tell them you pick them up.
