Is that a 4-pin fluorescent bulb that can be dimmed? Do you need one or more of certain types of ballast?

Or just plug right in as dimmable fluorescent bulbs standard 4-pin?

No, you will need a drive ballast / digital, and perhaps a 0-10 volt variable depending on the type of ballast. This is not the lamp is variable, but the control mechanism.

Type A screws (in) fluorescent dimmiable do not need anything extra. Simply screw them to your device and you'll AWA.
