What are the pros and cons of using Elfa shelving vs. ClosetMaid? I am preparing to update my closets. Elfa shelving (from The Container Store) clearly has more options and more expensive than products ClosetMaid. Besides these two obvious differences how they compare in terms of ease of installation and quality? All other attributes to consider?
Elfa shelving is fabulous. He is incredibly strong, flexible in design, custom cut to the size of your firm, and is a great value for money. I know because some of my company deals with the toilet and I do the design for the range of Elfa products (I am an expert in the organization of Atlanta). Also, I've never had a client not to love their closet when I'm done. In addition, installation is simple. You install the track along the top of the wall, and then everything else hangs next to the track by gravity. No holes in the wall, unless you have caught the top rail. This means that you have maximum flexibility - you can move the shelves up, down left right, what you want. Closet Maid is the quality of shit in comparison. (In my opinion) ~ Monica Ricci
