Cheap Wine CoolersWhat were the names of some of the really bad (cheap) wine or wine coolers that were popular in the "60s?

I know you can buy in grocery stores, they were very sweet and has a headache Hellacious. Or so they said! Thank you.

Bartles and James I think was the first cooler on the market. Funny ad with two old guys on the porch.

Was it passion pop?

Boonesfarm addition there was the days of TJ Swan stuff-Mellow, easy names nights like that and he also made quite a headache in every bottle.

It was awful. The hangover would kill a bull at 10 paces.

Yuck! CITY headaches when I was young!
I've learned a lot since then!

Boons Farm, Thunderbird, Ripple, TJ Swan and Wild Irish Rose are the ones I remember I know there are a couple more I just cannot think of them.
