I do not know what color curtains to make because I do not want him llook kidish. I want it to be beautiful and no children. it would be a good color or type of curtain? I watched something no clothes, bed and bath macys and JCPenny but I could not find anything that would go. where is another place where I can look for curtains Nice?

For a polished look with dark chocolate brown curtains that compliment your furniture is generally easy to find and you can add a light green band at the bottom. (Even if you can not sew the seam so there bands you can get from your local craft store.)

Is lime green!
I love this color of dark brown. If you can find a bedspread with lime green and brown geometric patterns that would be ideal, look at Ikea, they generally have these colors in stock!

I would go with blackout blinds beige or cream. BTW that green is putrid and kidish yuck. Sorry. IMHO

You made an excellent start with this very green color. Nice choice. If you have not yet bought your bedding, you can do first if you can take the color and pattern into consideration. More ways to zero in the fabric is to decide whether you need the curtains to ensure privacy or to block the light. A wonderful way to clean window treatment is to get blinds and fabric glue on the lower two thirds of the shadow. Measuring the shadow of the width and height. Divide the height by three to figure 2/3s. Bring your measurements, a sample of paint chips and your bedspread at a fabric store where they have infinite colors, textures and shades of fabric. Choose a fabric that is not too heavy ... but not too fragile, either. Keep your paint chips and bedspread beside him in different light (if they have a window, try to get near it). More importantly, go with your instinct ... you know more than anyone what you like. Once you find the fabric you can show the person at the table cutting your measurements and explain what you do. They will help you determine how much material you need. (You will overlap the shadow side and down about 2 inches and fold down the extra on the back of the shade ... which means that the side that faces your room). Then you just need a good pair of scissors and some glue spray. Good luck! Below is a site that gives instructions, but if you search for "tissue glue store", you'll probably more. PS I did this at a roller shade ... It was easy and was very pleasant.
