How to install the sims 2 designer bathrooms inside the torrent download? There are many files in the folder and there is no install icon? Could someone help me install?

In the folder you downloaded a file with an extension RNG BIN or CUE, CCD, OBE, LLD, MDF, MDS, NRG ... This file (called a "CD image"), it is the copy of the extension CD you need to burn an empty CD. You need software to open this file, I recommend Magic ISO Maker you can download here (torrent link):

You can also use Alcohol 120, which can also open these files.
Open the CD image in Magic ISO Maker (alcohol or 120) and burn it onto a recordable CD.
Once you burn, you just insert the CD and the installation menu will start.
