95 Inch Curtains

Our apartment has sliding glass patio doors (one door is stationary and the other moves) and doors are covered with ugly vertical blinds. I would like to get curtains to cover the blinds, because we can not drop them. The problem, however, is that the curtains are not the size we need. Our ceilings are 8 feet (96 inches) high and the blind down measures 85 inches. From what I saw, the curtains are 84 inches and 95 inches. 84 inches will not work because you see, is at the top or bottom of the ugly blinds behind the curtains 95 inches might work, but we have to literally hang from the ceiling.

So, what size should I get? Or, if you know an affordable place to find custom curtains, please let me know.
